兩立委補選避開學測1月27日舉行

【台灣醒報記者許嘉琪台北報導】為了台北市長候選人姚文智、台中市長候選人盧秀燕辭去立法委員職務，遺留的台北市第二選舉區及台中市第五選舉區的立委空缺。中選會將於108年1月27日進行台北區以及台中區的立委缺額補選。而另外3席因當選縣市長而出缺的立委補選，將另行安排在3月24日之前舉行。

此次九合一大選，共有5個區域立委因選前請辭或是當選縣市長而留下缺額。台北市第二選舉區前立委姚文智、台中市第五選舉區前立委盧秀燕分別於11月18日、11月20日辭去立法委員職務，依法應在3個月內完成補選投票。

中選會原訂補選日期為明年1月26日，但行政院3日表示，26日當天強碰大學學測，為避免影響學生權益，建議延後1天舉辦。中選會4日下午緊急召開委員會，決議採納各界意見，將補選日改為1月27日，投票起止時間為上午8時至下午4時。

中選會表示，6日將公告候選人登記日期及必備事項；10日至14日受理候選人登記申請。而隔年1月4日前會完成審定候選人名單，並通知抽籤；1月7日完成選舉人名冊編造；1月10日候選人抽籤決定號次；1月16日公告候選人名單；1月17日至26日辦理公辦政見發表會；1月27日投票；1月31日公告當選人名單。

另外，彰化縣長王惠美、台南市長黃偉哲、金門縣長楊鎮浯轉戰地方首長成功，但因未請辭，所以仍具立委身分。依規定，12月25日就職當天視同立委辭職生效，因此這3個區域，最遲會於3月24日前完成補選投票。

NBA》熱火教頭喜獲麟兒執教10年頭一次缺席

日前邁阿密熱火與印第安納溜馬的比賽裡，熱火最後以107比113不敵溜馬，而47歲的熱火總教練史波斯特拉(Erik Spoelstra)執教球隊10年以來，首次缺席了球隊比賽，原因是史波斯特拉當爸爸了。

史波斯特拉妻子妮姬(Nikki Sapp)26日(美國時間)下午產下了一名身長19英吋(約48公分)，重6磅(約3000公克)的男嬰，所以才由助理教練克雷格(Dan Craig)暫代熱火教頭職務，至於男嬰的名字夫妻倆很保密，所以還沒發佈出來給媒體，順帶一提這名男嬰也是他們夫妻倆的頭一個小孩。

史波斯特拉開賽前會得知，老婆羊水破了馬上告假

而原先史波斯特拉周六(美國時間)下午還在印第安納波利斯與球員們開賽前會，是後來得知了老婆的羊水破裂後，才馬上向球隊告假，然後立刻飛回了邁阿密探望妻子與可愛兒子。

妮姬曾經是熱火的啦啦隊女郎，和史波斯特拉相差16歲，兩人於2016年結婚，當時總管萊里（Pat Riley）也有到場祝賀。

史波斯特拉目前已執教熱火隊10個賽季，例行賽總計達798場比賽，拿到481勝317敗6成勝率，打了113場季後賽，獲得70勝43敗6成2勝率的成績。
