499之亂透早4點卡位等抽牌

全民持續瘋搶中華電信「母親節499元吃到飽」方案，全台各門市11日還沒開門營業，就出現排隊人龍，等候1、2個小時才辦好者大有人在，即使刻意跑到偏鄉，也同樣排到幾十名以外，痛罵中華電信。離島連江縣東引門市是唯一例外，不但免排隊瞬間辦好，違約金還可以外島免稅的5％扣抵。

上班族專程請假來辦

基隆市仁一路中華電信大樓各服務窗口都排滿人潮，有民眾凌晨4點就來卡位。張姓市民說，門市1天只發2千張號碼牌，有號碼牌者才能辦理，但號碼牌上午11點就抽完，他來得太晚抽不到，只好第2天再來。

「沒配套爛死了！」中華電信新竹門市中午前號碼已達400號，門上放著「已額滿」告示牌，提醒民眾不要繼續排隊，專程請假來申辦的竹科工程師，看到這張告示哭笑不得；位在郊區的關西鎮門市，清晨5點半就有人排隊等抽號碼牌，甚至有人遠從桃園、竹北跑來辦，以為可以馬上辦好，沒想到也是大排長龍。

上午8時營業前，台中營運處民生路大門前人龍已排到200多公尺外的市府路，附近店家笑說，已近10年沒見過這麼壯觀的排隊人潮，過去只有轉帳不普及的年代，農曆春節過後催費期才會出現如此陣仗。門口彩券商笑說，拜申辦民眾暴增之賜，他的業績成長不少。

耗掉4小時還沒輪到

高雄市中華電信門市同樣擠滿人潮，使用中華電信20年的盧先生說，11日下午1點到門市抽號碼牌想洽詢解約損失，抽到300多號，先到附近閒逛，沒想到4小時後回來，竟還沒輪到他。

中華電信宜蘭羅東門市號碼機因使用過度而當機，1名家住蘇澳的民眾連續2天專程搭車到羅東換約，結果抽不到號碼牌，當下放棄換約，一肚子怒氣搭公車回蘇澳；花蓮縣生意最好的花蓮市中正店1天發出超過2千張號碼牌，王先生8點多排隊，居然只抽到1211號，「太誇張了！」

東引例外「瞬間辦好」

外島澎湖同樣搶得鬧烘烘，澎湖營業處經理洪榮隆表示，10日單日受理案件高達960多件，和平日百餘件相較，成長率大增。

在全台民眾排隊苦候罵翻天的同時，卻東引民眾上網「炫耀」說，在當地「免排隊瞬間辦好」，違約金還可以外島免稅的5％扣抵，羨煞不少人。
