同性伴侶註記3951對 雙北台中最多
（中央社記者劉麗榮、劉冠廷台北8日電）根據內政部統計，3年多來全國已有3951對同性伴侶註記，最多的前三名為台北市、新北市和台中市。民進黨立委尤美女說，不能單靠縣市政府的善意，一定要同性婚姻合法化，才能保障權益。
內政部官員表示，從施行同性註記以來，六都包括台北市共有818對、新北市743對、台中市694對、桃園市442對、台南市238對與高雄市173對，全台已有3951對完成註記。
高雄市在104年5月20日率全國之先辦理同性伴侶註記後，全國多數縣市陸續跟進，內政部去年並開放跨區受理。
長期關注同婚的民進黨立委尤美女今天表示，這數目不算少，但當然有很多人可能覺得大法官會議解釋後，就直接等著結婚就好，不用去註記。
尤美女說，註記並沒有法律的效果，雖然勞動部與衛福部表達有註記可以簽署手術同意書等伴侶權益，但是有的縣市還是不給註記，所以一定要同性婚姻合法化，才能得到真正的權利，否則都只是各縣市政府的善意。
她也說，若只是善意，卻拿不到任何的權益，去註記等於出櫃，可能就會馬上被歧視或霸凌，這就是為什麼同志需要同性婚姻。
大法官748號解釋，認定現行民法沒有保障同性婚姻違憲，立法機關應在兩年內，也就是明年5月24日前完成立法保障同性婚姻，但對於是要立專法還是修民法，各界意見不一，甚至引發對立。
今年九合一選舉合併舉行公投，幸福盟提出的「你是否同意民法婚姻規定應限定在一男一女的結合？」等愛家3公投過關，依公投法規定，行政院已表示，明年3月前將提出保障同性婚姻的專法草案，送交立法院審議。（編輯：張均懋）1071208

《鬥陣特攻》是一款場景設定在近未來、風格鮮明的團隊射擊遊戲，全球擁有超過 3,500 萬名玩家。這款聲名遠播的遊戲共有 27 名獨特英雄，每位都身懷獨特絕技。安琪拉‧齊格勒博士，代號「慈悲」，是《鬥陣特攻》裡的天才科學家暨守護天使，畢生以救助他人為使命。
不論遊戲內外，這個世界需要更多英雄，這就是為何《鬥陣特攻》與乳癌研究基金會攜手合作，致力尋找乳癌的治癒方法。乳癌研究基金會為全球最大的乳癌研究私人機構，並為來自六大洲 15 個國家的 275 位科學家在首屈一指的醫療和學術機構中提供工作上的支持。
乳癌是全球女性中最常見的癌症，《鬥陣特攻》團隊對此感觸很深，因為團隊中有些人的親友即飽受此疾病之苦。《鬥陣特攻》團隊致力於協助推動乳癌研究工作，《鬥陣特攻》的玩家可以一同支持這至高無上的偉業。
在 5 月 9 日 (三) 至 21 日 (一) 期間，玩家不僅登入遊戲即可解鎖乳癌研究基金會玩家頭像，於此期間購買「粉紅慈悲造型」的所有銷售收益，暴雪娛樂將全數捐給乳癌研究基金會，最低保證捐款額為25萬美元。
在接下來的 14 天內，來自全球各地的實況主將加入乳癌研究的粉紅絲帶行列直播《鬥陣特攻》；在指定直播時間內，收到的所有款項 (包括 Twitch Bits) 將全數捐贈給乳癌研究基金會。來自台灣的《鬥陣特攻》知名實況主和部落客希兒Angel，將代表台港澳地區加入此次的慈善行列！
