妙齡女常無預警昏倒 原來神經傳導系統失常
20歲女大生屢次在家中昏厥，但休息後又無大礙，頻率多到讓家人深感不對勁；無獨有偶，一名國中生參加朝會時昏厥，不慎撞傷頭部造成撕裂傷，兩位患者就醫檢查後均確診為迷走神經昏厥所致，醫師提醒，發生迷走神經昏厥時只要平躺休息，改善腦部血流不足狀態，即能恢復正常。
亞洲大學附屬醫院心臟內科主治醫師許楹奇表示，迷走神經昏厥多半於患者站立時發作，如上述大學生早上起床上廁所時，在馬桶上昏厥，在陽台曬衣服時也曾昏厥；國中生則先是在教室被老師罰站，因已久站一陣子，隨後到操場參加朝會，昏厥撞傷頭；也曾有年輕女性患者每當吃完早餐，就會發生昏厥，更有學生搶綠燈快跑過馬路後，停下休息時，突然一陣暈眩，差點昏倒。
許楹奇指出，迷走神經昏厥是一種良性的昏厥，好發於十多歲到40歲的年輕族群，主因是迷走神經過度興奮，抑制交感神經，造成心跳過慢、血液輸出量減少，當腦部血液灌流不足，就會因此暈倒。通常患者暈倒後，只要平躺休息，讓血液進入腦部，患者就會自動醒來，目前醫界尚無有效根治辦法，只能避免暈倒時發生撞傷等意外。
許楹奇提醒，當患者就診時，會先詢問詳細病史，並排除腦部、心臟相關疾病後，再透過傾斜床檢查確診，方式為讓病人躺在檢查床上10分鐘，將床頭向上傾斜80度，持續監測心律及血壓，通常床傾斜時，迷走神經昏厥的患者並無反應，當注射交感神經刺激劑後，血壓和心跳出現迷走神經昏厥的典型變化即可確診。
昏厥的原因眾多，包括心因性疾病如心律不整、嚴重心臟瓣膜疾病，或腦神經疾病如癲癇，故家族中有心臟病或猝死病史的民眾，發生昏厥後，應盡速赴醫找出誘發原因，才能避免發生任何危及生命的情況。
許楹奇建議，當患者出現暈眩徵兆時，可透過雙腿交叉站立，並將雙手相扣向外拉，提高血壓，避免昏厥，平時也可多做深蹲，多攝取水份及鹽分，避免脫水、久站、過度情緒起伏、酒精、利尿劑等使用，就能預防迷走神經昏厥的發生。

歡慶兒童節的到來，悍將推出特別企劃，與美國知名玩具品牌「OYO Sports」聯手打造悍將專屬球員造型公仔，首批限量發售12款，包含隊長林哲瑄，內野手林益全、李宗賢、蔣智賢，外野手高國輝、張建銘、胡金龍，投手倪福德、羅力、郭泓志以及捕手方克偉等悍將球星，還有深受球迷喜愛的陳金鋒副領隊，超Q模樣相當吸睛。
悍將球員造型公仔極具個人特色，不論是在膚色、眉毛、眼睛等部位，融入了許多球員的特點。洋投羅力具有較白的膚色和獨特的藍色雙眼，方克偉有較黝黑的膚色和較粗的眉毛；而蔣智賢的下巴招牌鬍子、高國輝又圓又大的雙眼、郭泓志細小的眼睛和小酒窩，在造型公仔上都具體的呈現出來。服裝設定方面，副領隊陳金鋒以帥氣的西裝造型亮相，球員則穿著印有Fubon Guardians字樣的主場白色球衣。
