許多人長期受便秘困擾，讓不少人選擇以「浣腸」幫助排便。近日，有網友不經意看到日本網紅正妹亞明（やみん）去年自拍的「浣腸」實驗影片，因內容太好笑，又再度引起討論；影片中，網紅亞明浣腸後挑戰朗讀文章，看看自己能不能撐3分鐘，沒想到不到一分就爆發，忍不住跑廁所，讓網友看後笑翻了。

不過，有醫學報導指出，排便不順、便秘，不少人會到藥局自行購買浣腸劑或軟便劑使用，但經常性使用這些助排便的藥物，長期使用可能會產生依賴性！建議還是尋求專科醫生較可靠。

加利福尼亞州今天成為規定所有新住宅建築必須安裝太陽能板的全美第一個州，這是致力減少溫室氣體排放的一部分。
法新社報導，加州能源委員會（California Energy Commission）表示，這項新建築標準由全體成員一致通過，新規定將於2020年1月1日正式生效。
新規定通過後，加州能源委員會主席霍克希德（David Hochschild）說：「我們是第一個，我們不會是最後一個。這是一項具里程碑意義的表決。」
根據計畫，儘管屋主每個月預計多花40美元（約新台幣1200元）房屋貸款費用，但在冷暖氣和照明開銷，每個月能省下80美元。
加州能源委員會表示，新規定能減少溫室氣體排放量，相當於減少11萬5000輛化石燃料汽車的排放量。
加州能源委員會成員表示，他們希望未來幾年能有其他州跟進。
新規定要求新房都要安裝太陽能板，除非地點位在陰影處，才能豁免安裝。
