但養的金額必須逐年遞增，謝沅瑾舉例，這年若是10萬，下一年需花25萬，若有人養不起，就會就會「嫁金蠶」，把盆子放在路邊讓人撿走，或選擇用塞錢的方式來轉移。另外，有些人覺得運勢不佳或發生車禍，就會將錢放在他人車上，藉此轉移自身霉運，若車主發現此情況，謝沅瑾表示，讓鈔票自然掉落即可，如果不小心拿到也別緊張，可到廟宇拜拜，可求一張清淨符，回家再用鹽米來淨身即可。
